COVID-19 Guidelines for Rallies
To safeguard all our members these guidelines have been put in place by the BLCCA and Committee, following Government and Police guidance and MUST be observed on rallies until further notice Some of our members are more vulnerable and at risk than others, which therefore must be respected to enable them to attend. Anyone not adhering to these guidelines will be asked to leave the rally.
Numbers attending rallies will be closely monitored to ensure the correct number are attending and there is sufficient distance between units for social distancing to be observed.
There will be no letters, competitions, organised socials, raffles or coffee mornings, no food or drink to be served.
Cost of the rally will be advised when booking and to avoid contact payment must be placed in an envelope with your name on.
Get togethers outside the caravan is allowed but only with a maximum of 6 persons and all socially distanced.
A gazebo may be used but must be taken down at night and not left up
Drinking water tap - the following MUST be complied with, disposable gloves to be worn, and mask if you wish, sanitize the water tap before and after use. Use your own tube filler. Disposable gloves are available from the rally marshal.
For your own safety, use gloves and mask at the Elsan.
Members must no share food, drinks, cooking utensils or BBQ's.
If anyone develops symptoms, they must immediately isolate, inform the rally marshal and leave the rally as soon as possible.
Visitors are not allowed on the rally field.
The club insurance does not cover members developing symptoms of COVID, you attend at your own risk.
